There’s no better way to prove impact than hearing from someone who benefited. This interview video case study follows Isaac, who went from homelessness to a career driving trucks. Since one of our specialties is interviewing, we were the ideal partner for producing over a dozen promotional stories for this global employer.
A benefits overview should be more than a long list. “All these cool things can be yours!” Sparkworks wanted to capture that feeling with this on-brand benefits overview. With its hand-drawn look and rough edges, it fits right in to the messaging for this national outdoor gear store.

This company’s “how we do it” can be boiled down to their Leadership Principles—a code of how to operate day-to-day. We teamed up with this Seattle startup to create 14 (and later, two more) videos for each of their LPs. This was high-stakes stuff—even the CEO came on board. Sparkworks was perfectly suited for both the camera and the animation side to seamlessly mix the two. The end result? A campaign that both delivers the message, and has a lot of fun doing it.
