Driving foreign investment is a key part of the Governor's efforts to revitalize business in Washington State. The Washington State Department of Commerce chose Sparkworks Media to develop a marketing CD-ROM and business guide for foreign trade missions and the result was a huge success. The Puget Sound Business Journal says: 'The impact of this Guide will be felt for many years to come, helping to place Washinton State as the premier destination for international businesses and visitors'.
