Victory Homes
This client needed an education tool to tell the story of Victory Homes in Oak Harbor, WA. A 12-minute documentary video interviewed former residents and experts on military housing. Along with the documentary, Sparkworks produced a DVD-ROM with historical photos, articles and documentation.
